The voyagers have returned from our adventures in “Beantown”! We had a wonderful time, rolling with what came our way, when it came to the weather and averaged over 20K steps each day. We experienced the “crazy crowds” of Salem in October, toured The House of the Seven Gables, paid respects to the victims of the Witch Trials and enjoyed some Irish music while reliving a Smithwick’s in a pub (Just like we did in Ireland). In Boston, we braved the wind and rain on less-than-serene waters to witness at least seven humpback whales teaching their young to feed. After we hopped off the massive deck, we went shopping and the next day immersed ourselves in history on the Freedom Trail!
